Interview

So I had yet another phone interview today that went well..... I think. Its for a company that flys around South America and the Caribbean operating my favorite airplane the Boeing 747-200. I would be based in Bogota Columbia with a pretty decent schedule of 20 days on and 10 days off and they will pay for all travel from Grayrock along with meals and hotels which would be quite a change from other companies that I have worked at. I should know if I got the job next week sometime. Oh and did I mention they pay well for every 2 days worked that's one Obama payday woooo hooooo!!!

I am so excited at the fact of going back to work I can hardly sleep. My Dad told me one time its not easy going to work if you don't like what you do, and he was soooo right. I absolutely love what I do and consider myself lucky in that aspect of life. I have been fortunate enough not to have spent 2 or 4 years in school to get out in the "real world" and find that there is no jobs for me or that I don't like my chosen profession and that I spent thousands of dollars on training for a job that pays minimum wage or a little better. I think school is a good thing but I also think you should know what you want before hand and before committing a large part of your life and savings to something that's gonna be a big disappointment in the long run. I have learned in the last couple years that money does not buy happiness it will buy comfort but defiantly not happiness.
